Needs-Based Donation

To facilitate the channeling of donations to priority areas in need of development assistance, the Commission on Filipinos Overseas has partnered with organizations and agencies that provide Philippine poverty maps or pre-evaluated beneficiaries whose deserving projects remain on the drawing boards for lack of funding.
